Contract/Project Manager
Excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading systems integrator based within the West Midlands as they continue to expand. With a strong focus on process automation including water, they are looking for a skilled Commercial & Technical Project Manager.
Working for a market leading control systems integrator, you will be covering a wide range of systems including industrial control and automation systems.
Principal functions for the Project Manager will include:
* Programme management developing and maintaining the programme
* Maximising variation opportunities and commercially manage contract variations
* Manage procurement and invoicing for a number of projects concurrently
* Be responsible for all technical delivery of the project
* Prime customer contact for technical and commercial issues
* Risk, strategy, scope, quality, client development & team management
You will be dealing with varied projects mostly within the water industry and take part in resource planning, design reviews and project documentation.
The Project Manager will be the prime customer contact for all technical and commercial issues so you will take a proactive approach to ensure they are informed at all times. We are seeking dynamic candidates who are keen for a new challenge who have taken the engineering route through to Project Management preferably within systems integration.
