Lead Engineer - Permanent - South Lincolnshire
Madison Talent Sourcing are currently working with a leading Food Manufacturer who are looking to strengthen their engineering department with the addition of a Lead Engineer.
As a Time Served Engineer coming from a Food/Drink Manufacturing or FMCG background you will appreciate the opportunity to work for a well known food manufacturer with several sites across the UK and overseas. The company has benefited from lots of recent investment, they are expanding and have several new projects in the pipeline.
The role will benefit an Engineer coming from a multi skilled background who either has experience gained from a similar position, or a time served engineer looking to progress into a Supervisory position.
As a Lead Engineer you will be responsible for supervising a small team of engineers on shift, the role will also require you to be 'hands on'.
