Accounts Payable / Finance Administrator - GBP24K
Our client is a high street fashion retailer and they are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team near Solihull!
Location: Solihull (Commutable from Birmingham, Sparkhill, Wythall, Knowle, Hockley Heath and surrounding areas)
Salary: GBP22K - GBP24K
You will be supporting the Finance Manager in all Accounts Payable duties including the following:
- Assist the management accountants with balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
- Support with the posting of journals to the financial accounting system
- Raise miscellaneous sales invoices
- Process accounts payable entries
- Prepare landlord / suppliers invoices for input onto the accounting system
- Reconcile landlord / suppliers statements to ledger
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar Finance role with administration experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
