HCL Workforce Solutions are seeking a Compliance Support Officer to join our locum Doctors recruitment division within our Skipton office.
This is an exciting time at HCL Doctors with the team going from strength to strength. As a Compliance Support Officer, your primary objective will be supporting the compliance team as well as helping to ensure all necessary background checks have been carried out prior to an individual starting work. You will be working closely with external organisations, candidates and internal consultants to ensure all parties involved are aware of any outstanding compliance issues or background checks.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Speaking to candidates of HCL and various external organisations via phone, email and in person to obtain background check documentation
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure strong working relationships across all areas of the business
- Day to day responsibility for managing & prioritising workload as per targets
- Communication, including the cascade or escalation of relevant information as appropriate
- An understanding and adherence to various Framework, SLA and contract requirements
- Responsibility and accountability for ensuring accuracy of work
- Working as part of a team to meet the Compliance team targets, aims and objectives
- Participation in weekly team meetings to provide solutions and communicate any new ideas

Ideally you will have experience in customer service/administration and will have the willingness to learn.
