Based from Home, North England

An ambitious hazardous waste management business with in-house treatment, transport and lab facilities, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to win new business for their bulk waste treatment, disposal and Industrial cleaning services.

Covering (but not limited to) Northern England and the Midlands, you must be self-reliant and able to work and achieve results independently whilst playing a full role as a key member of the business team in an entrepreneurial SME.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in the Hazardous Waste Sector is essential for example selling services in: liquid / chemical waste disposal, spill response, Industrial Services, jetting, decontamination, tank cleaning, tanker collection, IBC, effluent treatment, waste oil recycling etc.
• Previous roles may include Technical Sales Executive, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Area Sales Manager.
• Results driven, confident and tenacious
• Self-motivated, able to work autonomously without repeated direction
• A competent presenter who can demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strongly customer focused.
• Valid clean driving licence.
