Circa GBP23,000

Must be based in or around the Reading area. You may be required to stay away from home with this role, possibly Monday-Friday, weekly, dependent on business needs.

Full time Field Sale Representative working 5 days per week.

The Role
Our Field Sales Representative position is a challenging field based role, with the aim to drive sales and availability of our clients' tobacco brands by identifying out of stocks and rectifying within the agreed call base and product range via direct sales.

The responsibility of the Field Sales Executive is to visit approximately 180 pre-determined calls on a fortnightly basis and establish any products that are out of stock and to re-sell these products back into the shop. You will be provided with a company van or car as well as an i-Phone and i-Pad. Full training will be given, this is a 3 week induction plan.

The Candidate
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you meet all of the requirements below:

* Proactive, confident, self-motivated and energetic
* Strong commercial selling skills and techniques
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* Experience of working to tight timelines and under pressure
* Flexible, adaptable and up for a challenge
* FMCG experience desirable
* Proven sales experience preferably into the independent trade
* Experience of delivering product and handling cash (through car or van sales)
* Communicate effectively with a range of people
* Computer literate
