Exciting new role as a Finance Manager for a property company based in West London. This company cover property maintenance for a range of clients across the London market. The ideal candidate for this role will have people management experience within a busy finance role and have a background in accounts receivable, payable, management accounts and be a qualified finance manager.

Our client provides a complete maintenance service from arranging quotes to final completion. They offer high quality general maintenance, full design and refurbishment for both residential and commercial properties across London. This company has a strong ethos on the quality of their work and working with integrity to increase their brand awareness. The firm are actively growing, winning new clients on a weekly basis, so the opportunity here is to spearhead the growth and development of the financial side of their operation.
Duties of the Finance Manager:
*Day to day supervision of staff
*Preparation of management accounts on Sage 50
*Production and review of P&L
*Balance sheet reconciliation
*Weekly cash flow forecasting
*Month end close
*Accruals and prepayments
*Revenue recognition
*VAT returns
*CIS online submissions, using Sage 50 CIS module
*Monthly payroll for their small team
*Management of the Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, bank recs and control accounts
Character/Skills Profile for the Finance Manager:
*Either Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified By Experience
*Must have experience with Sage 50
*Good working knowledge of Vlookups, Pivot Tables on Excel is essential
*Excellent attention to detail
*Enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
*Previous people management experience in a finance function
Package for the Finance Manager:
Salary: GBP35,000
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
