Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP50,000 OTE + GBP22k + Car Allowance / Mileage

Location: Home Based / Field Sales

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a market leading online educational recruitment platform. You will be focusing on developing business across the country selling RPO / Recruitment Managed Services to an existing client base.

As a Business Development Manager your duties will include:

* Selling RPO solutions into the further education market
* Through a consultative / strategic approach identifying new business opportunities and closing new client accounts
* Regular face to face meetings and presentations
* Growing and development relationships in order to generate new business
* Manage all inbound enquires

The successful Business Development Manager will have the following skills and experience:

* Must have experience/knowledge of RPO solutions - (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
* An excellent communicator and highly consultative in your approach with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
* Used to working in a target driven, demanding environment.
* Strong account management and relationship building skills.
* Able to commute reliably from home to our London office, client sites and head office.
* Financially astute; experience of forecasting, planning and managing a budget.
* Able to work extended hours on occasion, when required.
* Can demonstrate the ability to sell consultative & strategic new business to ensure commercial cost-effectiveness
