Junior Sous Chef 2 to 3 Rosette Surrey 26K Plus Tips and Live in

Junior Sous Chef required for this Luxury Hotel to work in the main kitchen to assist with the smooth running of the all fresh Brasserie kitchen.

The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with good all-round experience in a good Hotel ideally with volume Rosette experience. If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking ideally with strengths in Larder, Pastry and Sauce but must be overall enthusiastic and keen to help lead the team maintain and improve standards

As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervising Chef de Parties, Commis and Demi chefs, depending on your experiences you may be given the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas.

If you have relevant experience cooking to ideally 2-3 rosettes and you are looking for a fresh challenge as a Junior Sous Chef.
