Living on site, and responsible for the Forest Retreat: leading a small team to welcome our guests; providing local knowledge; preparing and serving the caf?? menu; maximising retail opportunities and booking activities. You and your team will thrive on ensuring our guests' experience is unsurpassed.
This is no ordinary customer service or retail role, at Forest Holidays it is a step on the ladder to running your own cabin location. We like to develop our own. Our Retreat Managers are key to delivering memorable holidays to our guests by supporting their teams and their General Managers on the extraordinary journey.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

With experience in a similar role you will be ready to maximise the performance of a great team. Articulate and approachable, you must be able to strike a rapport with guests and have a helpful, positive personality. You can help us make our plans a successful reality.
