Head of Student Services
Full Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: c GBP40,000
Responsible for the following student services
- Enquiries advice
- Welfare advice
- Learning Resource advice
- Apprenticeship co-ordination
- Curriculum administration
- Admissions and enrolments administration
- Campus safety
Managing a team of up to 25 staff providing the above services, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment, and specialised, high quality and effective support for students. Your objective is to ensure that the student service team delivers good customer service to both internal and external customers of the College and that it meets the needs of learners in enrolment, participation, enrichment, achievement and progression.
