Duty Manager
Full Time (39 hours per week)
Salary GBP18,313
Bushey Country Club is looking for a unique individual who has potential, flair and is able to fit in seamlessly to our current management team. Energy and enthusiasm are required as well as a good understanding of the role including health and safety, cleaning and high standards in customer service.
Additional responsibilities will be to line manage caf?? assistants, function staff and rotas with an emphasis on exceptional customer service, upselling in our restaurant and striving to make the business a success.
The ideal candidate must have a First Aid at work Qualification and supervisory or management experience. An NVQ Level 3 in Leisure or Catering Management or equivalent would be desirable.
You must be able to work in accordance with our shift pattern which includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Closing date: Sunday 30th October 2016
