Roux prot??g?? Chris King, based as Head Chef at Roux at The Landau since its opening in 2010, now oversees all outlets as Executive Chef at The Langham, London. Cherish Finden continues to be at the helm of The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood at Palm Court.

The ideal Chef will have:

previous similar experience in a 5* hotel and restaurant
worked within medium to large hotels with a large banqueting operation
ability to multi-task and work under pressure
good interpersonal and communication skills
excellent attention to detail
food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
