HOST/ESS - ROUX AT THE LANDAU

The Langham, London is currently looking to recruit a Host/ess in our Roux at The Landau Restaurant. To the epicure, London has always been a city of considerable attractions. As a Host/ess, your main duties and responsibilities will be to:


provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
deliver service according to the Forbes standards
ensure that all guests are met and seated at the lounge in a timely and efficient manner
ensure the Host/ess desk is set for service everyday
process accurate billing for guests
provide guests with full information of the offering in Roux at The Landau
take accurate reservations for Roux at The Landau

ability to manage and prioritise

have working knowledge of Micros/Open Table
