Warner Leisure Hotels are currently looking for an Investment Project Manager, to join our Operations team.

Overview of Key Responsibilities:

To support the guest experience in keeping our guests safe at all times, as a priority.

To deliver the capital program

nsuring each project is completed on time, to budget and to the agreed quality/specification.

Individual project and program cost control responsibility.

To lead and be responsible for the process in delivering the above annual program. This to include (not exhaustive); - agree the individual and collective project programs; the roles and responsibilities of our consultant team and the terms on which they are appointed; procedures manuals for all external consultants and contractors; consultant and contractor performance review process; creation of cost reporting and benchmarking data.

To manage the communication process both internal and external teams ensuring clarity on any changes, taking responsibility for the development of a project tracker.

To look at initiative ways of developing new build accommodation and to establish industry leading practices in the refurbishment of our existing estate.

To enable and facilitate the sharing of best practice across the Hotels/Resorts

To build strong and solid working relationships with all aspects of the business particularly the on Hotel/Resort operational teams.

To work closely with our accommodation team to build strong and sustainable working relationships leading the integration of being one team.

To be part of a team leading a change program in behaviour and process across the business developing new strategies as to how Warner's can become more sustainably aware, to change our 'usage habits' thus reducing our overheads.

Desired Skills:

Technical background, member of IPM or similar with qualification.

Good communicator with an open mind to problem solving who develops strong meaningful relationships.

Strong IT / analytical processing (PowerPoint, Excel, Plant CAFM system or similar) skills.

Analytical, process data to help establish strategies and form opinions, to communicate onward to property and operational teams alike.

Desired Experience:

Clear evidence of team and change management.

Extensive experience of working in a technical capacity in a large multi-site corporate environment.

Facilities/project Management experience with multi-site responsibility.

Day to day operational experience of building management covering all the key disciplines.
