Client Project ManagerScott Prenn are a strategic fundraising consultancy for charities and not-for-profits. We adviseand help our clients deliver high impact fundraising campaigns in a competitive global market.We are seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy individual to join our fast paced and highenergyteam based in London. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience inclient interaction, planning and organising. If you have worked with multiple vendors or clients inprevious roles this is a bonus.The main responsibilities of this role encompass:Client & Event Activity (60%)• Coordinate, facilitate and manage clients on a day-to-day basis• Attend client meetings and liaise with client on actions• Assist with development of sponsorship packages and proposals• Proof editing of reports and documents• Liaise with client to ensure brief is being carried out through contract• Lead on creating and scheduling campaign materials to support fundraising activity• Develop, oversee and manage all events within the business for clients and Scott PrennProject Management & Reporting (20%)• Develop presentations/reports for clients and internal meetings• Ensure delivery of contract on time, target and budget/resources• Update fundraising systems with latest information, status and size of ask• Schedule regular reviews for on-going contracts• Post project reviews for completed contracts• Source and manage resources for client projects• Develop contractual agreements for staff and associates• Support with delivery of SP Associate workNew Business Development (15%)• Oversee NBD Meetings and ensure Pipedrive is updated accordingly• Develop and submit new business proposals• Drive and manage the new relationships• Organise and lead on new business events• Develop tailored presentations for prospective clients and marketing materials• Bring ideas to further develop new business streamsSystems and Office Efficiency (5%)• Work alongside Head of Research in managing the CRM database and implementing anynew updates and changes• Regularly review and assess systems to ensure optimal use internally for efficiency
