The Package:
Salary commensurate with experience and ability to contribute to the company’s success. With a high basic, the candidate should expect to earn in excess of £40,000 with normal company benefits and car allowance.

The role of IT Sales Manager / IT Sales Engineer:

The new Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the existing customer relationships and developing new clients in the Berks / Bucks / Herts / Oxford area. As part of a small senior management team, the candidate will be expected to contribute to the management and motivation of staff and the development of successful strategies for business growth.

The ideal IT Sales Manager / IT Sales Engineer:
The sales engineer will have a strong record in the sale and provision of computer products and services into the target market. A good technical background will be essential to spot opportunities and propose solutions that the company can deliver through its team of engineers. Although the candidate will enjoy full support from other senior managers within the group, he will need to demonstrate the potential to manage a small team and for business development.

Boffins Computer Workshops is seeking an experienced IT Sales Engineer who will grow its sales in the SME market and have the potential to contribute as a member of the senior management team.

The company has 21 years history of profitable delivery of computer products and support services into the in Berks, Bucks, and Oxon. It presently has sales of c. £1 million p.a. with nine engineering and two sales staff and now wishes to further expand its business.
