Our client is a well-established asset/wealth manager based in London. They have an opportunity for a financial services operations professional, (ideally a second jobber), to join their business. This person will be based within their operations area and work closely with their Senior Inheritance Tax Specialist.

ISA Transfer - Wealth Management - Investment Administration - Inheritance Tax - Capital Gains Tax - CGT - Account Opening - Account Closures - Valuations - Investment Adviser Liaison - Client Services - Fee Processing

Key Responsibilities:

• On boarding of new Accounts
• Deceased Maintenance
• Communicating to Investment Advisors
• Valuation enquiries
• Closures request
• ISA transfers
• Setting up Online Account and dealing with queries
• Capital gains Tax (CGT) Daily running
• Daily Price Fee upload
• Fee Processing

Key Skills

• Previous exposure to similar roles within a wealth management would be advantageous. financial services experience is essential.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines, both intra-day and periodic
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to work on projects in a team or individually
• Good verbal communication skills
