Our client is a well-established awarding organisation that has been helping individuals and businesses to learn and grow for over 40 years. They are now looking for a Standards & Assessment Manager to join their team.

As the Standards & Assessment Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving our client’s learning and assessment standards. 

In this important role, you’ll take the lead on self assessment activities against compliance frameworks to ensure that our client operates in-line with regulations. 

You’ll create clear and well-defined assessment strategies and review all new products in-line with learning and assessment standards. 

Additionally, you will assist in developing strategies and processes to ensure that assessment standards remain consistent in the future. 

To be considered, you must have experience of the following: 

- Designing and delivering training and assessment products 
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory criteria 
- Project management 

Meticulous and organised, as the Standards & Assessment Manager, you must possess the determination to achieve excellent results every time. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are also key. 

Ideally, you will have experience of directly implementing and delivering training or assessments, but this is by no means essential.
