Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for an Operations Manager to join our team in Pilsworth. Working 50 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays.

Landfill Operative key responsibilities:
  • Safely and competently operate fixed and mobile plant. Full training will be given on Specialised Plant.
  • Promoting Health & Safety at all times.
  • Working closely alongside multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
  • Ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy at all times and all litter is collected as appropriate.
  • First line maintenance and housekeeping on the site

The ideal Landfill Operative:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team orientated environment
  • Basic level of numeracy and literacy
  • Previous experience of plant operations.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety is desirable but not essential to the role.

In return for your hard work as our Landfill Operative, you can expect to receive a salary of £24,016.80 per annum with a range of benefits.
