Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for an Operations Manager to join our team in Pilsworth. Working 50 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays.

Landfill Operative key responsibilities:
- Safely and competently operate fixed and mobile plant. Full training will be given on Specialised Plant.
- Promoting Health & Safety at all times.
- Working closely alongside multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Ensuring the site is kept clean and tidy at all times and all litter is collected as appropriate.
- First line maintenance and housekeeping on the site
The ideal Landfill Operative:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team orientated environment
- Basic level of numeracy and literacy
- Previous experience of plant operations.
- Working knowledge of health and safety is desirable but not essential to the role.
