This insurance services provider is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to be responsible for providing Administrative support to the sales and consultancy team. Supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. The role includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the consultancy departments inbox, delegating and logging all contracts for review
- Manage the sales team's inbox responding to all customer queries or allocating to a member of the team as appropriate.
- Process insurance cancellations, keeping a log and producing a monthly report
- Process automatic renewals of insurance and communicate this to the customer by mail and email
- Organising incoming mail for the business
- Liaise with the accounts department regarding payments received and log in the customer account.
- Monitor customers who are referred to them, organise and distribute customer incentives accordingly.
- Apply changes to customer accounts and update policy documentation as required
- Liaise with the accounts department and sales team in order to reconcile abnormalities in payments received
- Contact customers in order to collect missing information from applications
- Track, update and record referred insurance applications and produce a monthly report
- Log and process insurance declarations, invoicing scheme providers
- Generate and sent commission statements to accounts and partners.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

Successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record in this field of work. Relevant qualifications are an advantage but not essential
