Due to their continued growth a new role is available in their Oxford office within their Contract Management team for a Finance Administrator.

The Contract Management Team based in Oxford, run the administration of all Public Sector contracts and frameworks. The team is responsible for co-ordinating mini-tenders and distributing new opportunities as well as all billing and reporting involved contractually with the frameworks. They manage sub-contractor agreements as well as contract mobilisation and client meetings and relationships. The team as a whole is very involved with various projects across the firm and is working hard to improve systems and reporting outputs to both our internal and external.

Key Requirements:

They are seeking a candidate who has experience of working in a busy finance environment to process and track invoices, liaise internally and externally to manage bad debt, process expenses, conduct data analysis and run reports. Liaise with internal customer with regards to billing and work closely with the company's finance department, providing support to the team with streamlining processes and reporting.

The chosen candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage client relationships, be a strong team player who can work well under pressure, use initiative, meet deadlines and prioritise workload effectively. The ability to work in a fast paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines

They require someone who is educated to AAT Level 2 or equivalent. Experience with Navision billing system would be an advantage and knowledge of TRAMPS database or other finance systems.
