Our client is a fast growing company, specialising in same day deliveries, storage and distribution solutions with the HQ in Northampton and this role based throughout the UK..
With more than 50 staff currently in their workforce, they are a continuously growing company and are now recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver to join their team.
Position Summary;
As a Class 2 Driver, your role will include;
• Delivering and collecting goods throughout the UK
• General haulage work with possible nights out from time to time
• Reporting defects as per company procedure & efficiently completing paperwork
• Ensuring to keep your vehicle clean and tidy
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will hold the required skills and experience to undertake this role;
• Experience in a Class 2 Driver role & good geographical knowledge of UK road networks
• Bay and tail lift experience is essential
• Due to the nature of the role, you must be physically fit as some manual handling will be required
• Flexibility with working hours & overtime is essential
• Self motivated individual, excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
