Position: Head of Analytics
Location: Central London
Salary: £75000 - £101000 per annum Plus benefits

Our company client is an exciting Marketing and Advertising Agency who are currently looking to recruit a dynamic and fast paced Head of Analytics for their organisation based in Central London. The successful candidate will play an instrumental part in leading the Insight & Analytics team and will be offered up to £100,000 plus a competitive benefits package.This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking organization who truly invests in their people and future.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
* Managing the full analytics capability
* Lead the analytics team - currently 6 analysts and 1 Analytics Manager
* Work with a range of stakeholders across the business and third parties
Main competencies and experience required:
* Extensive Analytics experience within a commercial environment
* Ideally experience within an Agency however not essential
* Experience managing teams of Insight Analysts
* Experience of using software packages such as SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA
* Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
