Job Role:

The company has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Commercial Sales Team in Cambridge. The company is looking for an excellent communicator who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and representing Veolia effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver administration support to the Regional Sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with all internal and external customers.
  • Ownership of all customer queries received and assist in resolving any complaints.
  • Follow agreed processes for all tasks as described and to participate in regular reviews of procedures to ensure continuous improvement

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent IT Skills including use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
