Our client is a beautiful little school near the Stour Estuary, it has superb views and the children do as much outdoor learning as possible.
There are currently 4 classes in the school, all with mixed year groups so the Head Teacher has HLTA's working along side teachers to ensure not one child is missed. The new Head Teacher has a passion and a vision for the school which is shared by the small but enthusiastic team who want the very best for the school and the children it cares for.

The Head Teacher needs a year 6 teacher to join the family. The children at this school have no behaviour problems, they are engaged and thoroughly love their school experience. The school is currently in special measures and has converted into an Academy with the Diocese of Chelmsford who are immensely supportive in the development of the school. There is a lovely atmosphere as you walk round the school and the children and teachers invite you to visit so you can see all the bright and engaging displays that line the corridors and classrooms.
