Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2017, Part-Time (19 hours per week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Customer Service Advisors to join them for 19 hours per week until 31st March 2017.

They have two different shifts available;

  • Monday & Wednesday, 11:00 until 15:00 and Thursday & Friday 12:00 until 17:30
  • Monday & Tuesday 09:30 until 17:30 and Wednesday 12:00 until 17:00

As one of their Customer Service Advisors, you will take responsibility for delivering a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive image of the Trust is given by being the initial contact for all housing related and general enquiries.  Enquiries will be received through a variety of channels, including phone, email and their website and will include taking housing applications, setting up and taking payments and anti-social behaviour issues.

With outstanding communication skills and a strong customer focus, the successful candidate will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and responding to customers through the various channels. You should have a friendly and professional approach, show empathy and understanding to deal with sensitive issues.

Strong multi-tasking skills are essential in order to listen to customers sensitively and at the same update the various databases and action relevant tasks on the record systems.  You will have the ability to use Microsoft Office packages and quickly learn other in-house and CRM systems.  Being an effective team player and able to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues is essential in this role. Those who have experience in the housing sector are highly desirable.
