Senior Baker Role, South East London

The Role:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Baker to work in the bakery and be a key part of a dynamic quality focused team. The position will report to the Senior Head Baker.

The role operates within a growing dynamic team that works 24 hours per day 7 days per week which gives rise to the potential for development and career advancement.

The key requirements of the role are:

• Experienced baker who has worked in a bakery producing significant quantities of product on a daily basis
• Highly skilled baker who is capable of making consistently high quality products daily and is passionate about achieving this
• Skilled with a high level of technical competency in making a range of breads including long fermentation products
• Skilled in mixing, shaping and finishing from scratch recipes and happy to work where is needed within the bakery
• Experienced in planning the nights baking and organising the team to produce the daily orders in an efficient way such that orders are correctly fulfilled with minimum wastage
• Capable of deputising for the Head Baker when they are absent
