Northern Education Trust is a DFE approved charity that sponsors academies to ensure that every child achieves their full potential, regardless of background. The Trust sponsors 20 academies; 10 secondary and 10 primaries across the North of England in ten Local authority regions.

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individual for the above key position within the Trust. The ideal candidate will have experience in the education sector, preferably within schools or academies and will be able to interpret and apply terms and conditions of employment for teachers and support staff. You will be involved in all aspects of the HR life cycle, including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary investigations, grievances, capability and restructures and you will be expected to manage your caseload independently. There will be a regular requirement to travel to academies across the Trust.

You should be CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification as well as an effective communicator with an ability to engage easily with a wide range of people, including key stakeholders.
