Position: Customer Experience Agent
Location: Camden, North West London
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Customer Experience Agent Role:
The main purpose of this Customer Experience Agent role is to manage all customer support activities, and to provide an industry leading customer service experience to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first respondent for reviewing and resolving any customer enquiries
  • Ensure all customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with promptly and escalated where necessary
  • Be the day-to-day customer liaison, always going above and beyond expectations
  • Be empowered to plan and prioritize your workload to ensure a quality level of customer support
  • Continuously improve and develop the customer experience
  • Ensure all enquires are recorded efficiently
  • Provide quick and accurate reporting where required
  • Gather legitimate market intelligence and customer feedback
  • Other miscellaneous administration tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A track record and at least two Years experience in a customer support or customer service role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook as well as understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A confident, determined and highly organised approach
  • An in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • The ability to work in a fluid environment
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • An understanding of Google, SEO, online marketing or e-commerce would be advantageous
