We have four offices worldwide; London, Reading, Dublin & New York, and we currently employ 80 people. With exciting growth plans, we are looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
The Earning Potential, Benefits and Rewards
You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one. Your year one OTE (On Target Earnings) should be between GBP35,000 and GBP45,000 (all Dependent on how hard you work).

You will join our Recruitment Fundamentals training academy, which is a programme overseen by our Sales Development team. In this, you will receive a mixture of online, classroom and on-the-job training whilst having the support of our Sales Development Manager who will help you make the transition from trainee to consultant.
