Debt Recovery Assistant - 3 Month Contract - Glasgow city centre
This is a 3 month contract working for a leading company in Glasgow City centre. You will be providing support to the Debt Recovery team, your role will have no direct customer contact however you will be responsible for liaising with the external debt collection agencies to ensure all customer queries are dealt with promptly within SLAs.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ideally from a customer service background who takes pride in their work.
You must have excellent attention to detail, great problem solving skills, intermediate Excel and experience using Access, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This position is working Monday - Friday standard office hours, paying a great hourly rate.
