Our client provides pensions to over 1.5 million people.  They have a strong heritage as the provider of a broad portfolio of administration service and their deep public and private sector knowledge means they are an extremely unique provider in the field.

Over the past three years, their business has experienced rapid growth and this had been aided by the fantastic talent of their people.  They place a great emphasis on recognising their people and as such, all employees are classed as ‘Partners’ within the organisation.

They have a number of fantastic opportunities available within their Cheadle-Hulme / Stockport office and looking to appoint Pensions Administrators on a 12 month temporary basis to provide an accurate and reliable standard of administrative services within the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme rules.  You will be working with clients on a day-to-day basis, assisting and supporting them with highly confidential and potentially complex queries regarding their pension administration.  Cases must be handled with maximum efficiency, in accordance with agreed standards and targets, whilst working to Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s).

The successful candidates will be educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above.  Working with the financial/pensions environment previously is not necessary, but desirable – however, the main attribute our client seeks in all their potential Employee Partners is having exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as being a strong team player.
