Sous Chef
Location: Leatherhead Surrey
Salary: Up to GBP22,000 per annum plus tips
A Sous Chef is required for the busy Golf Club bar Brasserie serving a selection of quick snacks and light meals, with the opportunity to create daily specials etc.
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with a stable background of at least 2 - 3 years. Chef de Parties with relevant experience looking for a step up may be considered.
As Sous Chef you will need to be a team player, have the patience to help train up junior chefs and have the confidence when required to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
This is a live out position and may suit someone living in the Leatherhead, Dorking, Guildford, Ripley and Cobham areas.

Chef Selection deal with a wide range of group owned and independent Hotels, Restaurants and Dining Pubs from 3 black Star to 5 Red Star. These include Multi Rosette and Michelin Properties, as well as many companies who just wish to serve good quality, freshly cooked, locally sourced and reasonably priced food without accolades.
