Our client is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their highly award winning restaurant.
The style in the restaurant reflects both historic and contemporary European influences, with the best locally produced seasonal ingredients used to complement imaginative dishes and gastronomic delights, which makes this one of the best places to eat in West Sussex.
The brigade consists of 10 team members who are all very passionate about producing their Award winning menus, all under the guidance of a talented Head Chef.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work with a genuinely nice chef with an excellent background in Rosette / Michelin Kitchens, who is not a screamer and who believes in building up staff to allow them to reach their full potential.
