You'll need experience in:
Working in a fast-paced, fun, atmospheric pub stock management and ordering
Managing a large team, developing team members, and people management
Awareness of business financials, budgeting & cost controls
Health & Safety Practices
And above all - the dedication to achieving the highest level of customer service
Taking on all aspects of the daily running of the business, you will assist the GM and strive to continue the success of the Bunch of Grapes.
We offer a salary GBP25,000 per year with the option of live-in
Your rota will be over an average of 48 hours per week with 28 days paid holiday per year and there is also the offer of 20% discount across all Young's Pubs and Hotels
Above all, your development within the company is paramount. You will be fully supported in following the Career Pathway and the opportunity to join the Management Academy next year, helping you through the stages to becoming a GM yourself.
