A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Cr??che facility at Fitness First Poole for a Cr??che Assistant to join the existing team.
We are looking for an individual that will become a valued member of the team through their passion for delivering exceptional customer service to engage & support children, parents and carers.
The Role
Reporting into the Cr??che Manager you will be part of a reliable team working to plan and organise a welcoming environment.
You will be responsible for providing a high standard of all round care & development to each child entrusted into the care of the team. Working in accordance with the cr??che Equal Opportunities policy you will need to be able to build rapport easily to establish positive relationships with parents and carers. You will be responsible for the health, safety and cleanliness of the facility to ensure that all children in your care are not exposed to risk or danger.
What do you need?
Level 2 NVQ in Childcare / Diploma in Childcare
