The Langham, London is currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to work on rotation in our Breakfast Kitchen. The Breakfast Chef will be is enthusiastic in working with a team of dedicated and passionate chefs in delivering an exceptional Breakfast experience to our guests. The produce is fresh and the standards are extremely high.

As Breakfast Chef, your main role will be to:

prepare and service breakfast, both buffet and a la carte for the restaurant, lounge and in-room dining orders
ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times and to ensure that the kitchen areas designated, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the hotel
prepare mise-en-place

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have -

previous similar experience in a 5* hotel and restaurant
breakfast culinary skills
worked within medium to large hotels with banqueting operations and outlet restaurants
good interpersonal and communication skills
food safety training along with relevant culinary qualifications
ability to start the shift at 05:00hrs
