My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative Head Chef. We are a fast paced growing company; food is at the forefront of everything we do from restaurants to events. We source ingredients from the British Isles and using only produce that is in season where possible. Our dishes are innovative and creative. Head Chef Job role: Take full responsibility of kitchen Must have knowledge of HACCP Previous head chef experience essential Hold a level 3 food handling certificate Work to food and labour budgets Strict compliance to food safety standards Highly organised & capable of managing events Manage and train staff Candidate profile: Exceptional cooking skills and passionate about food Thrives on a fast paced working environment Has high standards and an impeccable eye for detail You will be a great team player and a good leader Be creative and innovative!
