General Manager - Worcester

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a general management role in Worcester for a well-established and successful leisure operator. You will be responsible for a newly refurbished centre that offers a wide range of sporting and leisure facilities that are very much targeted at the local community, including a large well equipped gym, multiple studios ,swimming pools and 8 Sport halls. With a significant capital investment going into the facilities this is an exciting time to take over the management of the center's and to drive the business forward across multiple income lines whilst working closely with numerous community partners and schools. It will also be responsibility to manage the day to day relationship with the client and previous experience in leisure management is strongly desirable. We are keen to talk to candidates who have had significant centre management experience and a well-balanced skill set across operational management, health and safety and driving commerciality.
