Kitchen Manager vacancy: Harvester are looking for a Kitchen Manager who is guest focused & target driven for our Harvester business in Blackpool. The Jubilee Harvester is a fantastic business delivering a value feel good offer, situated just a stones-throw away from the Cleveleys sea front, near Blackpool. Our new Kitchen Manager will help deliver and exceed sales goals, develop the kitchen team and share the team's passion for service, great standards & quality food.
Kitchen Manager role:
Overseeing food ordering
Food preparation
Delivery of operations
Managing a team
Stock control
Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
