ABOUT US Our Food & Beverage division comprises individual and branded caf??s, bars and restaurants all of which have a common goal; to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience by offering top quality food, menu choice and excellent standards of service. We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our team in our busy Sports Caf??. This family friendly restaurant and bar offers a wide range of traditional dishes, such as burgers and grills, whilst showing various sporting events on the big screen. Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your hours and days of work may vary each week. You will be required to work 5 shifts out of 7 and this will include evenings, some weekends and bank holidays. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Good verbal communication skills Desirable requirements: Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
