ABOUT US Our Food & Beverage division comprises individual and branded caf??s, bars and restaurants all of which have a common goal; to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience by offering top quality food, menu choice and excellent standards of service. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join the Pancake House. In the style of a traditional Dutch kitchen, the Pancake House offers diners the option of eating inside or al fresco on our heated terrace. Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4 week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each 4 week period. The earliest shift start time is 8.00am and the latest shift end time is 9.00pm. Your hours of work will include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. ABOUT YOU Essential requirements: Good verbal communication skills Desirable requirements: Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
