About the Job Entry Level Management Trainee - Graduate or Ambitious School Leaver Sporty marketing and sales team is looking to take on 5 entry level management trainees across multiple campaigns and projects. As we approach the busiest time of our year we have a variety of vacancies within our marketing and sales teams that will be offered with full training so NO MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. You must beWilling to learnA strong communicator and leaderReady to commit to your career These are competitive trainee management roles offering the right candidates a solid platform to accelerate their management career. The Entry Level Management Trainee Role: Working with Penmex means providing an unparalleled level of service and dedication to our clients. We provide effective marketing and sales solutions that work - we've always believed that face to face communication is so much more powerful than any other form of marketing or advertising so in this role you will start out by working with all potential customers in person in order to outline the brand and / or offer enthusiastically. You will be cross trained in marketing, advertising, client relations, sales, administration, leadership until you are effective and capable of managing a team and project. Totally uncapped earning potential. This is a fast tracked process usually taking 10-12 months.
