Ox Row InnThe Ox Row Inn is a traditional pub, serving real ales and fresh food to local regulars. It attracts plenty of Salisbury's shoppers and tourists too - expect the pub to get very busy at peak times.Recently refurbished, The Ox Row is a popular town centre pub serving fresh, tasty food alongside Fuller's famous beers. The pub is performing well and has further room for development on the food front.
The pub is looking for an ambitious Head Chef to lead the team.
You must have worked in a fresh food led environment before and capable of consistently deliver exciting dishes. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to allow the Hotel Chef to produce all dishes.
You will be fully responsible for managing the kitchen and will also work closely to the General Manager in producing exciting dishes. You must have a good knowledge of allergens and HACCP.
You will also be able to benefit from this award winning companies training and development programme that will give you further skills as a Head Chef and other progression opportunities.
