Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Candidate Resourcing Consultant in the busy Financial Services Sector. It is the first step into the challenging and highly rewarding professional recruitment industry. You will be joining at a time when the financial services sector is investing billions of pounds on a huge range of ground breaking initiatives. All of which requires significant numbers of Business Change Experts to make sure that the organisation deliver on their investment.

The role will be based in our City office, close to Liverpool Street Station and within easy reach of the City Financial Services hub. The role will require you to work closely with our Account Management team building a network of business change professionals to be placed on interim assignments.

We offer extensive training which includes; induction, external and internal courses and desk side coaching. In addition, we encourage all colleagues to gain industry recognised qualifications.
