Performance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance Manager to join Learning Links Europe Ltd based in Gateshead.
Learning Links Europe Ltd is a well-established adult training provider in the North East and North West. We hold Ofsted Grade 2 and are MATRIX accredited.
As a Performance Manager your duties and responsibilities will be:
- To ensure all learning delivery and assessments of customers work meets the agreed criteria and standards set by the contract holders and all qualification outcomes are achieved in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Prepare and distribute data to support front-line staff in the delivery of learning and monitor compliance in real time using online visual techniques which demonstrate trends and targets
- Supporting senior managers with information for external funders
- Supervise the internal processes and plan ahead to ensure the monthly reporting schedule is adhered to
- Delegate tasks according to ability, competence and importance, then monitor the completion of tasks
- Monitor trends and create triggers to alert management to areas of the business which are underperforming
- Tackle under-performance by implementing action plans and monitoring progress.
- Ensure records are accurately and promptly recorded on an e-portfolio system
- Comply with data protection policies
- Display a willingness to explore innovative techniques for better processes including file management, information sharing and reporting
- Maintain their knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and processes and stay abreast of developments information technology
- Support staff with their development and provide motivation where necessary whilst maintaining the correct level of company discipline
An ideal Performance Manager will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Have experience in supervising staff and ensuring systems compliance
- Display a willingness to explore innovative techniques for better processes including file management, information sharing and reporting
- Maintain their knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and processes and stay abreast of developments information technology
Desirable
- Have experience of working within the adult training market – preferably work-based learning
- Have experience of the disciplinary process
- Have an ICT and / or management qualification
In return for this you will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
