Senior Sous Chef Guildford Surrey Dining Pub upto 30K Plus Tips
Senior Sous Chef required for an immediate start at this fast paced Riverside Country Dining Pub located in a village not far from Guildford.
As Senior Sous Chef you will need previous experience of cooking with all fresh ingredients and have good all-round knowledge and experience. The Head Chef is looking for a Senior Sous Chef who will actively take part in everything from ordering to on-going menu development and staff training
As Senior Sous Chef you must display confidence and feel comfortable running service in the absence of the Head Chef, be able to lead by example and have the patience to help train and inspire junior chefs.
Due to the location applicants will need their own transport. This is a live out position and may suit applicants living in the Guildford, Epson, Crawley and Horsham areas.
