FULL TIME ASSISTANT CHEF
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Chef to work in one of our Boarding Houses. The ideal candidate must have a catering qualification and/or previous relevant experience in a similar role and have the ability to provide nutritious meals for the boys. Flexibility is required as you will be working 6 days per week including split shifts, evenings and some weekend work. The role requires working with a small team but also unsupervised when covering for the Head Chef. Having a passion for cooking as well the ability to work in a timely and efficient manner is essential.

GENERAL ASSISTANTS
We are looking for full time and part time General Assistants to help with the preparation and cleaning of the food service and dining areas in Bekynton, the College’s central dining facility. The ideal candidates must have relevant dining/cleaning experience and the ability to work well in a team. Bekynton is a busy environment, so candidates must be able to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach. This position will involve working evenings and weekends plus helping at social events and functions.

PART TIME PANTRY ASSISTANTS
We are looking to recruit Pantry Assistants for one of our Boarding Houses.
These posts provide a full dining service to the boys in the House, set up for meals and are responsible for cleaning the kitchen, dining room and pantry areas. The ideal candidates must have food service experience as they will be providing a full dining service to the boys plus serving at private House functions. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work well within a team.

PART TIME EVENING KITCHEN
ASSISTANT/CLEANER
We are looking for an Evening Kitchen Assistant/Cleaner to provide general kitchen assistance to the cook and to clean areas of the Health Centre. This role involves preparing boys’ supper which is usually pre-cooked as well as general cleaning duties. The successful candidate will have previous kitchen experience including food handling and preparation, good organisational and general
cleaning skills.
