Due to the continued growth of their business an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Consultant to join an established team. This is a full-time role but as this job will be working specifically with schools, a term-time contract can also be offered. To be based in the South London - Sutton, Merton, and Croydon areas.
The Role:
This is a hands-on operational role where you will be visiting schools and providing support for HR casework to Head Teachers, Business Managers and Governors across South London. As this role involves significant travel, applicants must be able to drive and have use of their own car.
The Candidate:
You will be a dynamic, CIPD qualified HR practitioner with significant experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. With excellent communication skills, you will understand the importance of good customer service and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach in guiding clients through complex HR case work and reaching timely and effective resolutions. Working remotely you will need to be self-driven, confident and accurate with your HR advice. Knowledge of the education sector would be helpful.
